The objective is simple: hold your finger on the orb and track it along the axis. Inhale when the orb travels right and exhale when it travels left. When your finger leaves the orb, it will buzz and turn red as a reminder to focus.
The problem with traditional meditation apps is that they are audio only. You might start with the best intentions but quickly find your mind wandering and tuning out. Typical sessions last from 5-15 minutes and it often feels like you havent truly meditated.
